Subscription
SERS series of journals are published with both online and print versions. The serial journals cover the frontier issues in the Engineering, Science & Technology, Arts, Commerce and Management. Printed copies of the journals are distributed to accredited universities and government libraries.

Print version: Interested librarians of the accredited universities and government libraries are welcome to apply for the subscription and delivery of the journal, by sending us an email (at service@ises.co.in) with their institution name, address, contact phone/fax number, email address, contact person and his/her position. After our staff has verified this information, our journal will be delivered to your libraries with no charge (note: the number of our journal's free print version is limited).

Online version: Interested librarians, engineers and computer scientists are also welcome to read the online version of the journal, by sending us an email (at service@ises.co.in) with their institution name, address, contact phone/fax number, email address, contact person and his/her position. After our staff has processed this notification, one can simply set up a link to our journal's web page. Then, you and your users can read the journal online freely.

All the papers in the journal are available with online full-text content and permanent worldwide web link after paying subscription charges. The abstracts will be indexed and available at major academic databases.

Order Policies, Terms, and Conditions
Additional Ordering Information
   Professional Society Members: Many societies offer SESR to members at reduced rates. Contact SESR or your society membership office for details.
   Institutional orders will charge applicable taxes.
   Booksellers and Subscription Agents: The SESR has its discount policy and ordering information for booksellers and agents. For further information they can contact at editor@sers.co.in.
   Please note that we DO NOT sell books on a consignment basis.

Returns Policy
   All returned materials are subject to a 15% restocking fee, no exceptions. (Restocking fee does not apply to individual customers). Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
   The SERS Customer Service department must authorize all returned materials and a Return Authorization Number will be provided if returns are accepted. Any materials returned without a valid Return Authorization Number will be sent back to the customer at customer’s expense and no credit will be issued.
   Authorization to return will be granted only if requested within 60 days from the initial ship date.
   All returns must include the original invoice number, title, volume number, quantities or check number if appropriate. No materials will be processed without this information.
   Upon receipt of an authorized return, the material will be processed only if they are received in perfect resalable condition. No credit will be issued for damaged goods. Please note that all materials should be boxed carefully to avoid the possibility of damage.
   All materials purchased at a discount will be credited at that price.

Claims Policy: Personal Subscriptions
** We only honor claims made within 4 months of the ship date. **

Prior to submitting a claim, always:
   Confirm via our Expected Online And Print Publication Dates that the title has been published.
   Allow adequate delivery time. (2 weeks for domestic ground, 6 to 10 weeks for domestic 4th class, 4 to 16 weeks for international) If the book has been published and your delivery time has elapsed, you will need to file a claim with SRES. Please provide us with the following information:
• Your complete name, address, phone number and email address
• The SRES title and volume number
• The invoice number and account number
• Check number, credit card number or bank transfer number
In order to process your claim in a timely manner, please email your claim to service@ises.co.in. Please include "claims/non-receipt" in the subject line.
